1. Acceptance of Terms

Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false, borrowed, or stolen identities is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phpwin employs sophisticated detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts found in violation will be immediately suspended or terminated without notice.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to notify phpwin immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phpwin shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until such time as you notify phpwin of a security breach. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, and doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms that may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

phpwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using phpwin services. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of termination, excluding any bonuses or promotional credits, will be returned to you through your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending investigations and deduction of any amounts owed to phpwin.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phpwin accepts deposits through various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), 7-Eleven Cliqq kiosks, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund confiscation.

4.2 Deposit Processing and Limits

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times are typically twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours from the time of request, subject to successful completion of all verification procedures. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification time. Withdrawals to e-wallets (GCash, Maya) are generally processed faster than bank transfers. phpwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions and Wagering Requirements

Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal, regardless of whether bonuses were claimed. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and time limitations. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

• Money Laundering: Using phpwin services to launder proceeds of criminal activity or to otherwise facilitate illegal financial transactions.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players, using bots or automated software, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or engaging in any form of cheating.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of Section 2.4.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on phpwin, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of phpwin or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The phpwin trademark, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks or trademarks of phpwin and may not be used without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use phpwin services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to download (other than page caching), modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any phpwin content without express written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phpwin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of phpwin services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phpwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by technical failures, including but not limited to server downtime, network interruptions, software bugs, or cyber attacks. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and accept no liability for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall phpwin's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of phpwin services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If you believe phpwin has violated these Terms or applicable gaming regulations, and the matter cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR in accordance with their published complaints procedures. PAGCOR's decision on any complaint shall be final and binding on all parties.

10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and phpwin regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
